As part of the project team or acting as the client’s or creditor’s representative, we validate project progress by issuing payment certificates confirming the completion of works or services. 

During the project handover phases, we provide contractual advice on payments, defects, and retentions. 

We also assess and offer recommendations on the final accounts of each entity.
